We started NetRent to fix a specific problem: pricing and fleet decisions that used to take a manager's gut feel and twenty minutes per vehicle. A season in, the core of that is live and running.
What's live today
Dynamic pricing and fleet utilization forecasting are both running end to end: proposals in, staff approval in the loop, every decision logged. The migration tooling that gets a rental company off their current system is built, and it's what our first pilot fleet is going through right now. Fleet management, bookings and contracts, maintenance tracking, invoicing, and reporting round out the rest of the stack, for teams who want to run more of their operation on NetRent rather than just the pricing layer.
What's next
The near-term work is depth, not breadth: more signal sources feeding the pricing model, tighter forecasting at the category level, and the integrations that let NetRent sit next to the bookkeeping and payment tools a rental company already uses. We're also lining up a second pilot outside the standard rental model, specifically to stress-test how well the architecture holds up somewhere less conventional.
This isn't a demo running on synthetic data. It's the same system we're asking a real fleet to trust with real pricing decisions, and that's the bar we're building the rest of it to.
Want to see it running rather than read about it? Book a walkthrough and we'll show you the actual dashboard, not a slide deck.
